The foundations of hybrid identity, empowerment and peer learning, connecting the approach to inclusive youth practice.

  • Structured workshop modules

At least ten planned modules with activities for identity exploration, reflection and learning with peers.

  • Facilitation and safe-space guide

Guidance for supporting respectful dialogue and creating conditions in which young people can participate safely.

  • Practice-based case examples

Examples informed by the pilot workshops, showing how the approach can work in different learning contexts.

  • Adaptation and implementation guide

Support for youth workers and organisations adapting the model to local needs and settings.

Adapted to your community

The toolkit is intended for youth workers and organisations. Guidance will support local adaptation rather than assume that every group has the same experiences.
