The project journey

  1. A textile and paper research scene with notebooks, evidence cards and connecting threads.

    October to December 2026

    Listening and mapping

    Participatory needs assessment and stakeholder mapping will inform the approach and connect it to young people's experiences.

  2. A handmade workshop still life with reflection cards, a booklet and connected fabric samples.

    Development phase; schedule to be confirmed

    Developing the peer-learning model

    Partners will develop the learning framework and toolkit together. Practice examples will be refined through the pilot phase.

  3. Individual story cards connected by green and citron fabric ribbons in a shared story map.

    March to July 2027

    Piloting with young people

    Workshops are planned in Poland and Norway, with module try-outs in Türkiye. Learning will explore identity, belonging, storytelling and social connection.

  4. Three handmade workshop booklets with different activity tabs connected by a shared green ribbon.

    August to September 2027

    Sharing and transferring learning

    Local events and two international webinars are planned to share the results and support their use in other communities.
